Lying on your back, yoga nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. One may appear to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.
Dharma Yoga is classic Hatha-Raja yoga practice which includes the main poses for radiant health, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation.
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. And everything…I mean everything begins with awareness. This class welcomes All levels, and through the power of specialized kriyas, deep meditations and sound healing you will leave feeling uplifted.
